George serves as Managing Director in JLL’s Capital Markets group, bringing extensive experience to JLL’s national build-to-rent platform with a focus on debt, equity, and investment sales. With a proven track record as a national leader in BTR financing, he has closed more than $2.5 billion in primarily construction financing and joint venture equity across over 60 communities (over 9,000 units) in multiple states since 2018.  Prior to capital markets, George spent 14-years at DMB Associates, an Arizona based development firm, where he managed project‑level financial risk, development strategy, capitalization, and underwriting across a broad range of asset types.
